Katie Jakeman

Events and Fundraising Assistant

I joined Reform in December 2020. My role includes delivering our events programme and maintaining relationships with Reform’s corporate partners and individual supporters. Prior to joining Reform, I have volunteered with the United Nations Association UK and as the Fundraising Officer for SolidariTee, the largest student-led charity fighting for long-term change in the refugee crisis. I completed my undergraduate degree in International Relations at the University of Leeds, followed by a master’s in International Peace and Security at Kings College London. My own interests lie in human rights and improving equality of opportunity. In my spare time, you will usually find me talking about or eating good food and exploring various street markets around London.

My favourite reformer is… Millicent Fawcett, leader of the movement for women’s suffrage in Britain.
