Now in its ninth year, The State of the State 2020 - 21 focuses on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic both on the public and the public it serves. 

This report brings together Deloitte and Reform to reflect on new research into the issues facing government and public services across the UK. 

The State of the State 2020 - 21 is informed by a national survey, conducted by Ipsos MORI, and interviews with 40 public sector leaders.
