Our Director, Charlotte Pickles, appeared on BBC's Newsnight. Commenting ahead of the Prime Minister’s speech, she reflected on whether the Government had a coherent policy agenda and a clear vision for Britain.


Civil Service World, 25 April 2022

Our Director, Charlotte Pickles, was quoted in Civil Service World’s write up of a panel discussion on the last ten years of public sector reform. Arguing that crisis management was the ‘new normal’, she said: “The greatest challenge facing both the country, the state and those who work in the public sector is how on earth we carve out the time and the space to do the genuine long-term thinking."

Our report, 'A Revolution in Mindset', also received coverage in the Municipal Journal. The article focused on the paper's recommendation to allocate ring-fenced funding to local councils, for co-designing open access mental health hubs with young people.
