Keynote address from Lisa Nandy MP, Shadow Secretary for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities

Reform was delighted to hold Reimagining the Local State, a one-day conference exploring the challenges faced by local communities, identifying the inventive solutions that have already begun to emerge, and discussing the radical policies which could help to promote the emergence of a wholly new approach to government and self-governance.

As part of this conference, Reform had the pleasure of hosting Lisa Nandy MP, Shadow Secretary for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities for a keynote address and Q&A. She discussed Labour's vision for levelling up, as well as her ambitions for what devolution could look like under a Labour government.
