There is great potential for far-reaching reform across the public sector. The TW3 agenda, which aims to create a culture of public sector working based on new approaches to people, the estate and technology, is at an exciting phase of development and implementation. The Civil Service has embraced the Government Hubs Programme, created nine cross-government functions and developed professional networks connecting civil servants across government. The Brexit challenge will encourage the Civil Service to go even further in transforming how it works, where it works and the expertise it brings to tackle difficult policy issues.
Reform was delighted to welcome John Manzoni, Chief Executive of the Civil Service and Permanent Secretary for the Cabinet Office, who delivered a keynote speech to around 90 attendees, including public service leaders, policymakers and senior business leaders.
This event was held in partnership with BT.
