Inclusive Innovation

People are increasingly conducting their lives online, and our public services need to adapt to better reflect this growing trend. Technology also has huge potential to democratise services. It could enable quicker and more convenient access – particularly for communities and individuals who struggle to access physical services – and could enable much greater personalisation. However, while the opportunities are huge, there is a risk of digital exclusion for some people. Digitisation must not exacerbate inequalities in service access and quality.

This event brought together 15-20 high level attendees to discuss 'Inclusive Innovation' at Labour Party Conference. It was under the Chatham House rule and it was sponsored by DXC Technology.
