Digital transformation in government

Digital transformation is at the heart of the Government’s vision for modern, efficient public services. Digitised, data-driven processes can enable more flexible, user-centric services and increased public sector productivity. However, while the opportunities of digitisation are manifold, including the use of Cloud technologies, there are key challenges that government must address, and a one-size-fits-all approach will not work.

Reform was delighted to host this roundtable, led by Niall Quinn, Director, Technology Strategic Category, Crown Commercial Service to discuss how best digital transformation can be implemented, and what that will mean for both government and business.

The roundtable was held under the Chatham House Rule.
